Welcome to Doggieville Boarding Services

At Doggieville we believe that every dog needs companionship and care when they are away from their home and family.  Our overnight boarding is designed to keep your pets happy and give their family peace of mind knowing their dog is receiving excellent care.  Dogs boarding with us are never left unattended, a staff member is always in the building to respond quickly to any need.

Pre-Boarding Requirements

It is important that the dogs in our boarding program are comfortable both in our environment and with our staff to reduce the stress of being away from their family.  Below are the pre-boarding requirements.

For regular daycare clients:

Minimum 1 day in daycare per week for the 4 weeks before boarding.

All dogs must be crate trained and able to sleep through the night in a crate.

Non regular daycare clients:

All dogs must pass our daycare assessment (complimentary 45 minutes plus 15 minutes with the owner, crate test included).

Provide proof of vaccination, flea and tick prevention, and a clear fecal sample.

Must attend at least 3 full days of daycare in the 2 weeks prior to boarding.

Must be crate trained and able to sleep through the night in a crate.

Drop off windows:

Mon-Fri before 4:00 pm

Sat-Sun 2 windows 9:00am – 10:00am ; 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Pick up windows:

Mon-Fri before 6:30pm

Sat-Sun 2 windows 8:00am – 9:00am ; 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Holidays – no drop offs or pick ups

Typical Day at Doggieville Boarding

Monday – Friday

6:30am potty break, breakfast, half hour quiet time after eating

All day play at daycare

6:30pm – dinner followed by quiet time

9:00pm – potty break, retire for the night

Saturday – Sunday and Holidays

6:30am potty break, breakfast, half hour quiet time after eating

Rotated private play in daycare(dogs from same household or friends by request of both owners and at the discretion of Doggieville Staff)

6:30pm – dinner followed by quiet time

9:00pm – potty break, retire for the night

What to bring:

Dogs own food and treats to avoid any digestive issues

Food purchases if required will be the same brand purchased at pet store – cost of food plus $20 +HST

We do accommodate raw feeding

Favorite blanket/toy for sleeping

Favourite toys for private play time and sleeping
